Situated on the RIchardson Bay with views of Tiburon and Sausolito this unique 4-plex floating home is crafted for modern life. Each unit is designed to meet the needs of an individual while maximizing clear open space. Well appointed with custom cabinetry, built-in beds and smartly designed interiors make these modest sized units feel expansive, clean and sharp. Nearly wrapped in glass each unit sports world class views of the Bay.
This project is a collaboration between Leal Charonnat and our Team to create what is truly a unique floating home experience. We are projecting an early 2022 completion. Documentation here is work in progress.
