Hilltop Haven

The property sits above the town, backing up to an open space with incredible views of the ocean.  The perfect site for a modern home set into the hillside.  As Owner’s Advocate, working together with Allen Construction and Wnuk Spurlock Architecture we navigated a challenging build using concrete, glass, and copper.  Height restrictions made the addition of a second-story master suite challenging.  The green roofs, custom copper siding, and architectural lines of this home set it apart.
